release: 1.0.0 — first stable release

Cut the accumulated [Unreleased] changes as 1.0.0 (out of beta/rc) and bump the
version; folded this session's user-visible changes into the changelog.

• CHANGELOG.md — [Unreleased] → [1.0.0] (2026-06-30) with a fresh empty Unreleased; added the Circle members popup (Added), profile-metadata federation + sharper images (Changed) and the boost-delivery + unfollow fixes (Fixed); dropped the "during the beta" note from the intro
• package.json — version 1.0.0-rc1 → 1.0.0
