feat(fediverse-client): notifications inbox (/meldingen)

Aggregates new followers + replies/likes/boosts on your posts into one feed
(getNotifications). New pages/fedi-notifications view + Beheer link. The old
native notifications.ejs (dead since comments removed) is left untouched.
