Self-heal v15: heel bestaande boosts die nog geen content-emoji's hadden

De boosts die aankwamen tussen de vorige self-heal en de Announce-pad-fix hebben
nog geen emoji_json/link_json (het boost-pad ving die toen niet). Een versie-bump
laat de self-heal de huidige top-200 opnieuw ophalen en de tags vangen, zodat de
zichtbare timeline meteen klopt. Nieuwe boosts zijn al gedekt door de Announce-fix.
