Like/boost-status ook op de antwoorden in de thread

De tik werkte al: de C2S-outbox resolvet een Like/Announce op een
willekeurige remote URI en setReaction slaat hem op onder die URI. Wat
ontbrak was de terugweg -- de threadroute gaf de antwoorden zonder
shaer:liked/shaer:boosted, dus het hartje kon nooit gevuld terugkomen.

De status gaat er nu per verzoek overheen, BUITEN de cache om: de
genormaliseerde notes mogen twee minuten oud zijn, maar of jij iets
geliked hebt hoort van nu te zijn, anders springt het hartje terug zodra
de reader opnieuw opent.

Op het toestel bewezen: een Like op het antwoord van @boiert@…
staat als (dev, like) op de note-URI in ap_my_reactions.
