launch.json pointed at a node that is not there

The preview config hardcoded $HOME/.local/node/bin/node, which does not exist
on this machine, so starting klonkt from the launch config failed outright.

Resolve node from PATH instead. The command already runs under bash -lc, so the
login profile is loaded and node comes from the MacPorts prefix at ~/opt/bin
(v24.17.0). One less absolute path to go stale.
